The team behind Kovena have worked in hotels, tour companies, OTAs and Online Payments for decades and have launched numerous travel startups (OTAs as well as SaaS businesses) around the world.

Based in Australia, and taking advantage of the opportunities in the new payment landscape, we set about designing a solution which both removed the pain points as well as creating a new revenue stream for you. So you continue to do what you are best at, providing SaaS services to your clients in the hospitality industry and we partner with you to create your own unique white labelled payment solution powered by Kovena. We negotiate very competitive rates for the service, normally well under what traditional merchant account providers offer, and share the mark-up with you. In many cases you will earn more from this value added payment service than you make from your SaaS business, and your clients will have both a very competitive rate and a payments solution tailored specifically to their needs, not one they are being shoehorned into by the banks or other payment gateways.
